1. Eligibility

2. Product Access and Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered via secure email and/or member portal access. All purchases include lifetime access to the specific product(s) purchased, including any updates or enhancements released in the future. It is your responsibility to maintain access to the email address used at the time of purchase in order to receive delivery and future updates.

3. Refund and Satisfaction Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, AscendX Coaching does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This policy applies to all mistaken purchases, change-of-mind decisions, or issues related to device compatibility or email access. 4. Licensing and Use

All digital products are licensed for personal use by a single individual only. All content—including but not limited to frameworks, templates, guides, graphics, names, and learning systems—is the intellectual property of AscendX Coaching and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

The following terms and product families are proprietary and protected: Engage Drive Land™ (EDL™) Methodology, Spark™, Amplify™, Reign™, AscendX™, AXC™ Tools, and all related product names and assets. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of any material constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

7. Affiliate and Third-Party Links

AscendX Coaching products may occasionally include affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you make a purchase through such links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products or services that we have vetted and trust. However, we are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party websites linked from our materials.

8. Support

Basic customer support is available via email at support@ascendxcoaching.com. Our standard response time is within 24 business hours. Support covers access issues, product delivery problems, and general product-related technical questions. Support does not include custom coaching, advisory services, or personalized implementation guidance unless explicitly included in your purchase.
